Terms of Service

These terms govern the use of the One:One SIP platform: SIP accounts, outbound calling services, the web dashboard and the Telegram support channel. By activating an account you accept them.

1. The service

One:One SIP provides SIP accounts on its own PBX, outbound call routing to the destinations listed in the dashboard, and a dashboard to manage all of it. Features, routes and prices may change; the dashboard always shows the current ones.

2. Accounts and activation

An account is identified by its username and email address. A one-time registration fee activates it; the fee is credited to the account balance in full and is not refundable in cash. You are responsible for everything done with your account, your SIP credentials and your Telegram session.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use the service for:

• unlawful calls of any kind, including fraud, threats, harassment or impersonation;
• calls without the consent required by the laws that apply to you and to the called party (for the United States this includes the federal and state telemarketing rules, do-not-call lists and calling hours);
• caller IDs you are not entitled to present;
• reselling SIP credentials or reverse engineering the platform;
• traffic that harms the network: flooding, scanning, deliberately short-duration mass calls.

4. Compliance is yours

You are the caller. You decide whom you call, with what content and what caller ID, and you hold the consent and licences that your jurisdiction requires. One:One SIP is a technical carrier of your calls and does not review their content.

5. Billing

Prices are in euro and paid in USDT or ETH at the amount shown on the payment request. Calls are charged from your balance at the rate of the destination shown on the Tariffs page. The balance is prepaid and non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. A payment request has an exact amount and a validity window; sending a different amount or a different coin may not be recognised.

6. Availability

We aim at 99.9% availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Carrier outages, maintenance and force majeure may interrupt calls. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, without notice where the network or other customers are at risk.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, One:One SIP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 30 days before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do; continued use after a change means acceptance.
