Privacy Policy

This policy explains what One:One SIP stores about you, why, and for how long. You sign up with a username, an email address and a password; a Telegram username is optional.

1. What we collect

• Account data: the username and email address you register with, a salted hash of your password (never the password itself) and, if you give it, your Telegram username.
• SIP data: the account names you create, their passwords (needed by the PBX), registration state and IP address of the registered phone.
• Call data: called numbers, timestamps, durations and charges, and the number lists and audio you upload to the dashboard.
• Payment data: payment requests, the transaction ids and sending addresses of the transfers that settled them. We never hold your wallet keys.
• Technical data: server logs with IP addresses and timestamps for security.

2. Why

• to run the service: route calls, deliver call results, keep balances;
• to bill: match payments, charge calls;
• to protect the platform: detect abuse, floods and fraud;
• to support you through Telegram.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data leaves our systems only where the service needs it: the telecom carriers that complete calls receive the called number and the caller ID; Telegram delivers login and notifications; public blockchain explorers are read to detect payments (nothing is written). Authorities receive data only when the law obliges us.

4. Retention

Call records stay for 12 months, payment records for as long as accounting rules require, server logs for 90 days. Ask in the bot to close your account and we delete the rest within 30 days, except what we must keep by law.

5. Security

TLS on the website, encrypted transport to the PBX, a locked-down control node, secrets kept out of the code. SIP passwords are shown in your dashboard so you can copy them; treat them like any password.

6. Your rights

You can see most of your data in the dashboard. For access, correction or deletion requests, message us in the Telegram bot.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the date above tells you when.
